This hook will show how many files are awaiting approval/reported as broken in IP.Downloads tab. The counter will be shown only when there's pending/broken files and will be shown only to IP.Downloads moderators, supermoderators and administrators.

Note:

• Tested only in IP.Board 3.1.2 and IP.Downloads 2.2.1
