memory/ram stick from a dell dimension 8250

Hello,

I was diggen through my motherds old dell dimension 8250 that she just gave my bro, and noticed this weird lookin ram/rom stick next to the memory sticks. I am not sure what kind they are or what they are. Maybe someone here may know.

It's the blanking stick (not sure of the proper name) as you have to pair memory up and / or fill the empty slots on RD-Ram

I'm about 90% sure anyway, not seen RDRam for ages, and it was (rare) then. Tis very expensive to get (or it was at the time) everyone went for DDR3 instead.
