This hook allow you to specify a time and date for the topic you are posting to become visible (approved).
If you specify a time, the topic will be invisible (unapproved) until the time you set passes. Additionally, when the topic is made visible, its creation date will change so it will look like you posted it at that time.

It has been brought to my attention that this hook have thrown a fatal error when replying to a topic. This has now been fixed in v1.0.1, which is available now. This have not affected member who could not set the topic visible time.
