Ok I have a new homepage, but I want it to look more integrated like this:

An image doesn't do much good. If you supply a link to the actual page we can check with Firebug and get a good idea what is wrong.

Your branding div is 188 px in height, which is higher than 155 px in height containing parent header div. Either increase your header, or reduce the height of the branding image and background image.
