When my members try to register, IPB system send a validating email to them but the problem is here ! When they try to active their accounts system won't move them from Validating group to Member group but system say they are active member !
IPB version is 3.1.4
1. no problem with diagnostic the database
2. checked the group permission
any one ?

Look at Manage Member Groups in the ACP to see what ID numbers you have for 'validating' and 'members'
Default is validating=1 , members=3
Now go and look in /conf_global.php to see what group ID's are assigned there.

check to see what permission you have set for registering members. if it is set to user email validation/admin validation, they will not be moved till you validate them.
