Please i have 30 pages of comments on my profile , i want to delete them but i do not like to delete one by one becoz it will take much time.
Could you please tell me how can i mass delete them by one click ? is it possible?

In 3.1.4 I think you have to delete manually each comment.
Also, you must disable comments on your profile or change the method to manually approve comments to avoid this situation next time.

If it's all from the same member you can use SQL to mass delete comments from them. Just be careful and make sure to backup your DB first.
