For the people who have purchased custom skins may run into a error where the chat room may say it's loading and never does. Well here is how to fix the issue..

This is what I did and it worked like a charm...

How To Fix:

Go to Look & Feel>Look & Feel>Manage Skin Sets & Templates>Drop Down Arrow on Right Side on Set Name "Skin Name">Manage Templates & CSS>Click on CSS>Find Chat Global >Add the code to the top above the rest of the coding and click save. Refresh page load IP.Chat and your golden!
