Hello guys .
Can Some one help me how i can transfer all of my accounts and all topics and post from my old forum 3.2.0 to my new forum 3.3.2?

Just upload the 3.3.2 files to your 3.2.0 forum and run the upgrader.

how i can run upgrade? where i can find that option?

When you upload all of the new IP.Board files, either visit the Admin CP and it should directly take you to the upgrader, or you can visit the Manage Applications & Modules page in the Admin CP and click one the buttons there to upgrade, or you can just browse to the /admin/upgrade/ directory on your site in your browser.

But if my new forum i ready put many like 15 idk new hooks update i still can transfer my new forum to my old and then update? i hope you can understand my english ..i know is bad :S
