Assuming it should be here, there's no Converge module for Wotlab
You need to install IPBoard, then install the Convertor application and have the Wotlab board on the same server ideally, or just its database at a minimum and then you can step through each section of the convertor to "import" the data. Its quite easy to do just a bit difficult to explain.
