It should be showing up, but it probably just looks like regular text. It used to be an <h2> inside the #article_body <div>, but I removed that article_body ID, so it wasn't getting any special styling anymore. Can you verify that it does actually show up?

Yes it does actually show, sorry. I was expecting it to do "something" or be linked etc.

It doesn't really do anything in the article, no, it's just used in the TOC and gets set as an <h2> tag in the article, which, when the CSS is set up properly, does make it appear a little more emphasized:
