I know that there are dedicated, stand-alone systems that are free and work just fine - but there will always be an issue of syncing with the board, not to mention having to maintain two seperate CSS setups - that is, if you want to go that route, and most ought to.
I have been using Tutorials as a Knowledgebase, allowing people to submit tutorials which they feel would be of interest to other people. Problem is, I can not allow free editing of pre-existing tutorials, due to there being no way to undo malicious editing.
If Tutorials were to have a Wiki Functionality option, it could keep (Extensive history not needed, perhaps a week tops) a history of the Diffs made my individuals, allowing people with a particular rank to undo edits.
This would ease the burdon on admins as well as create a more interactive / polished experience for users.
