1. It's not creating auto topics lately.
Ex: http://fearless-assa...ntumint-distro/
Someone submitted that tutorial. When I approved it no support topic was created.
2. When you click on tag in above tutorial it throws below error which has been reported before basically making tag search useless.
3. When it creates support topics, prefixes are removed. Example:
http://fearless-assa...-cod4-with-pic/
Even though prefix is set to COD4 it got removed while creating topic.
Is their ETA on 1.4.2 release? This sql and php errors are being since 3.3.0 release i think.....

Please submit multiple issues as multiple bug reports.
Issue #2 has already been reported, here: http://invisionfocus...henginessqlphp/
I've not seen any problems with these things myself, but I'll go ahead and confirm Issue #1 as this report, please submit a new report for Issue #3.
I have never had ETAs for any of my products. I'm a one man operation and I can't block out X number of hours to work on any given project on a consistent basis. New versions of this and any other products are released when they are ready.

I'm going to need more information, I could not reproduce any issue with this. I have a category that does not allow my Members group to auto-post in; they have to be approved by the staff. A test Member submitted a tutorial, and it went in queued status. A staff member then went to the tutorial and clicked the Approve button. A support topic was correctly generated for that tutorial.
I can't actually reproduce Issue #3 either. When I set tags on a tutorial and set the first tag to be a prefix for the tutorial, that prefix is also applied to the support topic.
@#3 Can please you try to run 'Create support topic' option from ACP? I think that will remove all prefixes from support topic.
@#1 As you can see for this tutorial there is no support topic:
http://fearless-assa...ntumint-distro/
A member submitted tutorial and I approved it but it didn't created support topic. I am not sure what steps i can provide in this case to recreate it.
@#2 Can you please release 1.4.2 since you have already fixed the issue? The reason, I am asking is because users can't search tutorial through tags and it throws out php errors on front end which are not nice. It would be nice if u can release 1.4.2 with the issues u have already fixed.
Thanks!

This is exactly why I stated in my first reply that each separate issue needs to be a separate report, we now have three conversations going on in this report.
Issue #1: I cannot reproduce this. Simply having a link to a tutorial of yours that didn't get a support topic created doesn't help me know what the bug is, if there is one. For all I know, you don't have that category set up to create support topics.
Issue #2: I will release 1.4.2 when it is ready. It is simply not a huge showstopper issue that absolutely has to be released ASAP.
Issue #3: OK, the ACP tool did get rid of the prefix, so that is a bug. This report will now be about that issue only, not anything to do with Issues #1 and #2. Again, in the future, if you have separate issues you need to report, report them separately.
