In v 1.4.2 app using one lang bit for this displayed strings - titles, statistic etc.
For non-english languages in many cases - this words different.
Separate them, if it possible, please.

The top 2 are the name of the application as defined in the Manage Applications & Modules page, you can translate that to something different if you want. The bottom two both use the $this->lang->words['tutorials'] language bit; again, you can translate that to something different too. What exactly are you asking to have changed?
