First
Create or download your team icon images you want to install
Make sure to name all the skin images the same for each skin folder or this will not work.
Example
admin.png banned.png guest.png member.png mod.png validating.png
create all the extra icons as you wish but preserving their names as well.
Example
owner.png support.png vip.png client.png customer.png
*** NOTE ***
These have to be changed in ALL Skin Directories including the master folder or you will get the X image not found in you default skin.
Second
Upload these images to the respective skin directory in
public > style_images > your skin directory
(need to create a team_icon folder)
Third
Go into the ACP > Members > Manage Member Groups > Administrators > Group Icon Image (Box)
Find
public/style_images/<IMG_DIR>/team_icons/admin.png
Change to
{style_images_url}/team_icons/admin.png
Save
Do Step 3 for the rest of the groups but changing the admin.ping to their respective title.png
